| Abstract: | Diplomová práce popisuje základní pojmy týkající se informačních a ERP systémů. Práce vysvětluje, proč je nezbytné zabývat se rozborem a inovací informačního systému ve společnosti, která chce uspět na současném trhu. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu současného stavu společnosti K2 Machine, s.r.o. Z analýzy vyplývají podmínky pro implementaci systému do společnosti. Pomocí kriteriálního hodnocení je vybrán nejvhodnější systém. Na závěr jsou odhadnuty náklady spojené s implementací systému a přínosy nového systému v porovnání se stávajícím. |
| Abstract in different language: | Basic terminology of the information and ERP systems is described in the introduction part of this diploma thesis. The Author of this work describes and explains vital reasons for the analysis and innovation of the informational systems. The Practical part of this thesis is focused on the analysis of the actual processes and situation of the company K2 Machine Ltd. The Author of the thesis uses criteria evaluation to define the system which thereafter is recommended for usage in the company. Conclusion part of the work is focused on the valuation of the information system application costs and contribution comparatively to the existing informational system. |
