| Abstract: | Ve své práci nejprve obecně charakterizuji Statutární města v České republice. Zaměřím se na jejich vznik, fungování městských části a městských obvodů, vznik a historii utváření názvů statutárních měst, finanční situaci měst, jejich hospodaření s financemi. Dále se budu věnovat historickému vývoji statutárních měst na našem území od roku 1849 až po současnost. Chybět nebude ani legislativní úprava. Důležitý je zákon č. 128/ 2000 Sb. o obcích, dále také zákon č.131/ 2000 Sb. o hlavním městě Praze a samozřejmě Ústava České republiky. |
| Abstract in different language: | An important point of this work was focused on the point Pilsen candidature for the European Capital of Culture . It is the thing with which the citizen of the city of Plzen coming into contact every day . In my opinion the city to build the preparations very seriously. It was established by a team of educated people who work hard to program each day. Interest spread the word about this project to the public is great . Personally I have encountered in Pilsen Prague street where we find the headquarters of the company Plzeň 2015. ops very helpful members of this society, gave me a lot of available information and documents to the candidature of the city. And I had space to this issue in depth in my work pay . |
