| Abstract: | Jako téma mé diplomové práce jsem zvolila Kolektivní smlouvu a její obsah. V mé práci jsem se věnovala historickému vývoji tohoto tématu, formám a změnám, které přinesl vstup České republiky do Evropské Unie. Popsala jsem jednotlivé subjekty, které vystupují v kolektivním vyjednávání a vymezila jejich práva a povinnosti. Součástí mé práce je i samostatná kapitola pojednávající o kolektivních smlouvách. V předposlední kapitole jsem popsala možné spory vznikající v rámci uzavírání kolektivních smluv a způsoby řešení těchto sporů. Součástí poslední kapitoly jsou změny v pracovněprávní legislativě. |
| Abstract in different language: | For my thesis I chose the topic of Collective agreement and content of collective agreement. First part is historical development of this problém. Then I deal wit the position of collective agreements and after I continue with general position of collective law within the Europian Union. In the following chapter I deal with persons of collective employment relation. After I speak about forms and stratégy of bargaining. Next part general about collective agreement. Disputes could occur within collective agreement are in next part. Final part I pointed out the changes in legal regulation of labour law. |
