| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je zjistit zastoupení a oblíbenost podniků cizokrajné gastronomie na území města Plzně. Nejprve se pro cizokrajný podnik stanovila definice a kritéria pro zařazení do databáze: používání originálních surovin, původ majitele či kuchaře, zkušenosti ze zahraničních stáží atd. Poté pomocí analýzy internetových zdrojů, terénního výzkumu a následně utříděním dat, byla databáze vytvořena. Závěrem byly výsledky vizualizovány v programu ArcGIS 10.2. Pro zjištění oblíbenosti byl sestaven interaktivní dotazník a distribuován zejména prostřednictvím emailu nebo tištěnou verzí. Výsledky šetření jsou převážně znázorněny koláčovými grafy. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this work is find a representation and popularity of foreign cuisine restaurants on the territory of the Plzeň city. First, was determined definition and criteria for inclusion in the database: using the original ingredients, origin inhabitant or chef, experiences from intership abroad, etc. After that, through the analysis of web resources, fieldwork and subsequently organize data, database was created. Finally, the results were visualized in the ArcGIS 10.2. To determine popularity of interactive questionnaire was compiled and distributed by email or printed version. The results of the survey are mainly shown in pie charts. |
