| Abstract: | Kadeřnické činnosti se věnuji již od vyučení. Později se k tomu přidala i touha svoje vědomosti předávat dál. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, v čem spočívají podobnosti a rozdíly ve výuce odborné praxe oboru kadeřník ve státní a soukromé sféře a v čem problémy tohoto oboru. Teoretická část práce obsahuje obecný popis odborného výcviku, roli učitele a instruktora odborného výcviku a také srovnání práce obou jak ve státní, tak i soukromé sféře. Praktická část popisuje výzkum, který byl proveden mezi žáky, školami a firmami. Klíčová slova: odborná praxe, instruktor, kadeřnice. |
| Abstract in different language: | I have been involved in hairdressing business since I finished my apprenticeship. Later I added a desire to share my experience and knowledge. The goal of this work was to find out the similarities and differences in training hairdressers in the state and private sector and also to find out the problems of this professional field. The theoretical part contains the general description of the vocational training, the teacher's and the vocational trainer's roles and also compares these jobs both in the state and private sector. The practical part describes the research which was conducted among learners, schools and companies. |
