| Abstract: | Diplomová práce popisuje jednu z významných událostí v životě člověka - uzavření manželství. V jednotlivých kapitolách práce je řešena zejména problematika nové právní úpravy rodinného práva, předpokladů pro vznik manželství, forem uzavření manželství, dokladů potřebných k uzavření manželství, podkladů pro zápis do matriky a správního řízení. Cílem práce byla rovněž komparace nového občanského zákoníku a zákona o rodině. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis describes one of the most important events in a person's life - the conclusion of marriage. The individual chapters of this work focus on solving primarily the matters of the new legislation of family law, the conditions for the emergence of a marriage, forms of conclusion of marriage, documents necessary to enter into marriage, documents for registration in the marriage registry and administrative proceedings. The aim of the work is also a comparison of the new Civil Code and the Act of Family. |
