| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je provést finanční analýzu podniku v době krize, posoudit finanční stabilitu, vymyslet možné varianty do budoucna. Tato práce se zaměřuje na konkrétní podnik v době hospodářské krize. První část rozebírá finanční krizi, vznik této krize a dopad na celosvětový trh, stejně tak jako na konkrétní podnik. Ve druhé části je představen Spa & Kur Hotel Praha, popsána historie podniku i aktuální situace na trhu. V poslední části je konkrétní analýza podniku, finanční analýza, analýza rozvahy, výkazu zisků a ztrát a také ukazatelů likvidity, zadluženosti a rentability. Závěrem jsem se snažil zhodnotit, jak se s krizí hotel vyrovnal i možná řešení do budoucna. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this work is to carry out a financial analysis of the company during the crisis, assess financial stability, think of possible options for the future. This work focuses on a specific company during the economic crisis. The first part discusses the financial crisis, the emergence of the crisis and its impact on the global market, as well as the particular company. The second part presents the Spa & Kur Hotel Praha, describs the company's history and current situation of the market. The last part is a specific company analysis, financial analysis, balance sheet, income statement and indicators of liquidity, leverage and profitability. Finally, I tried to as analyse how the hotel delt with the crisis and possible solutions for the future |
