| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá akademickým a profesním uznáváním.Práce vysvětluje pojmy nezbytné pro pochopení dané problematiky, interpretuje právní předpisy a jejich implementaci do národních právních úprav, dále analyzuje judikaturu Evropského soudního dvora a teoretické poznatky demonstruje na vlastní zkušenosti autorky. |
| Abstract in different language: | This master thesis deals with the problematic of academic and professional recognition. The work explains the concepts which are necessary to understand the main issues, interprets european legislation and its implementation into the national legislations, further analyzes the case law of the European Court of Justice. The theoretical knowledge is demonstrated on the personal experience of the author. |
