| Abstract: | Práce srovnává ústavněprávní úpravu v ČR a srovnává úpravy v předchozích československých Ústavách (1918, 1920, 1948, 1960), dále upozorňuje na souběh více základních práv ve vztahu k právu na život. Tyto souběhy a protiklady jsou představeny na konkrétních příkladech řešených u ESLP. |
| Abstract in different language: | The work compares the constitutional treatment in the Czech Republic and compares treatment in the previous Czechoslovak constitutions (1918, 1920, 1948, 1960), further highlights the concurrence of more fundamental rights in relation to the right to life. These concurrence and contradictions are presented with concrete examples solved before the ECHR. |
