| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá traumatickým poraněním hrudní a bederní páteře bez neurologického postižení a využitím fyzioterapie v časné a pozdní pooperační léčbě. Teoretická část zahrnuje kineziologii páteře, traumatologii, úvod do fyzioterapeutických rehabilitačních postupů a vyšetření. V praktické části je na konkrétních pacientech demonstrována aplikace fyzioterapeutických rehabilitačních postupů a vyšetření a zmapován průběh rehabilitace. Při sledování pacientů v průběhu terapie bylo potvrzeno, že správně aplikované fyzioterapeutické postupy napomáhají k rychlému návratu do aktivního života. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with traumatic injury of thoracic and lumbar spine without neurological disability and the use of physiotherapy in the early and late postoperative treatment. The theoretical part includes kinesiology of the spine, traumatology, introduction to physiotherapeutic rehabilitation procedures and examination. The practical part of this thesis demonstrates the application of physiotherapeutical and rehabilitative procedures and examinations on particular patients and charts the course of rehabilitation. |
