| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáváním spirometrických objemů kuřáků s pravidelnou pohybovou aktivitou s kuřáky bez pohybové aktivity. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie, fyziologie dýchání a spirometrické statické a dynamické objemy. V další kapitole je vymezena problematika kouření a jeho negativní důsledky na zdraví člověka. Práce také rozebírá specifika respirační rehabilitace. Praktická část je zaměřena na zjišťování spirometrických objemů obou skupin respondentů a na edukaci. Součástí praktické části je dotazníkové šetření respondentů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The theasis follows up and compare spirometric volumes between athletic and none athlegtic smokers. In teoretical part is described anatomy, fysiology of breathing and spirometric volumes static and dynamics. In another part are the issue of smoking and its negative concequences on human´s health being defined. Thesis also analyses the specifics of respiratory rehabilitation.The practical part is focused on survey spirometric volumes of both groupes of respondents and on education. Constitutent part of practical part is also questionare investigation. |
