dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce zaměřená na výcvik kognitivních funkcí u klientů s demencí. Pomocí zábavně-terapeutických her je sledován jejich vliv na kognitivní funkce, soběstačnost, dále pak oblíbenost a využití her v zařízeních pečujících o tyto klienty. V práci je uvedena definice hry, druhy her a jejich využití, základní kognitivní funkce a jejich dělení, syndrom demence, rozdělení demencí a možnosti farmakologické a nefarmakologické léčby. V návaznosti na praktickou část je více rozebrána Alzheimerova choroba a vaskulární demence. V praktické části je použito výzkumné šetření. Výzkumné šetření zahrnuje sledování klientů s demencí, které je zaznamenáno v kazuistikách a je sledováno, zda výcvik kognitivních funkcí pomocí her je pro tyto klienty přínosný. Dále zahrnuje nestandardizovaný dotazník vlastní konstrukce, který sleduje povědomost a využití her v zařízeních pracujících s klienty s demencí.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor's work is focusing on training the cognitive functions of clients suffering from dementia. In the work there are investigated following aspects: the influence of therapeutic games and activities on their cognitive functions and their self-sufficiency, the approval rating and the application of those therapeutic games and activities in care centres for dementia patients. The definition of above-mentioned therapeutic games and activities, their types and their utilization, dementia syndromes, division of dementia and possibilities of pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment are delineated in the work. In addition there is greatly described Alzheimer's disease and Vascular dementia as a follow-up to the practical part of the work. There is explorative investigation used in the practical part of the work. The explorative investigation includes an observation of dementia patients. This observation is then entered in case history of dementia patients and it has been detected if the training of cognitive functions is beneficial for the clients. Moreover the work contains non-standardized survey of personal construction which examines the awareness and usage of therapeutic games in centres designed for dementia patients.en
