| Abstract: | Tato práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část pojednává o možnostech prevence bolestí zad u osobních asistentů spojené s manipulací s klienty. V teoretické části se zaměřuje na charakteristiku bolesti spojenou s pracovní činností, školu zad, ergonomii a doporučené aktivity pro osobní asistenty. V praktické části se zabývá tím, zda organizace proškolují své asistenty a zda asistenti tyto zásady znají a dodržují. Dále je uvedena fotodokumentace osobních asistentů při pracovní činnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | This Bachelor thesis contains theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is about the possibilities of prevention of back pain for personal assistants in handling clients. In the theoretical part we focus on the characteristics of pain connected to work activity, schools for preventing back pain, ergonomics and recommended activities for personal assistants. The practical part focuses on how organizations train their assistants and if assistants know and abide by these principles. Photodocumentation of personal assitants is also included. |
