| Abstract: | Tato práce je věnována tématu využití komunikačních technologií v rámci adherence k pohybové aktivitě. Porovnává dvě skupiny probandů a jejich dodržování pohybové aktivity, kdy jedna skupina je ovlivňována komunikačními technologiemi a druhá nikoliv. Během jedenácti tréninkových jednotek nordic walkingu se ukázalo, že vyšší účast má skupina ovlivňovaná komunikačními technologiemi než skupina neovlivňovaná. Jako vhodné prostředky komunikace byly použity mobilní telefony a elektronická pošta. Na pohybové aktivitě byla vyšší účast žen oproti mužům. |
| Abstract in different language: | This work is dedicated to the theme of communication technology in the context of adherence to physical activity. It compares two groups of probands and their adherence to physical activity, one group is affected by communication technology and the other not. During the eleven training units of Nordic walking has been shown that increased participation is the group that has been influenced by ICTs than the unaffected group. The appropriate communication tools were used mobile phones and electronic mail. The physical activity was higher participation of women compared to men. |
