| Abstract: | Cílem této práce bylo vytvořit příručku Škola zad pro seniory a zjistit možnosti jejího využití skupinou několika seniorů. Příručka obsahuje stručný přehled anatomie a zabývá se problematikou bolestí zad, především jejich prevencí. Rovněž se věnuje nejčastějším obtížím ve stáří a problémům s nimi spojenými. V teoretické části je více rozebrán program Škola zad z hlediska jeho historie a organizace. Dále je zde uvedena problematika přístupu seniorů k provádění pohybových aktivit a jejich obecné zásady. Příručku jsem rozdala 30 seniorům spolu s dotazníkem, jehož výsledky jsou zpracovány v praktické části. Na základě odpovědí v dotazníku jsem zjistila, že využívání příručky je pro většinu seniorů přínosné a jejich zájem o informace, které jsou v ní obsaženy, bude přetrvávat i do budoucna. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this work was to create a handbook " The back school for seniors" and find out the possibilities of its using by group of several seniors. The handbook contains a brief survey of anatomy and deals with the issue of back pain, especially their causes and prevention. It also pursues the most common disease in old age and the problems associated with them. The theoretical part is more deal with the back school program in terms of its history and organization. There is also mentions the issue of access of seniors to perform physical activities and their general principles. I distributed the handbook to 30 seniors along with the questionnaire. Its results are processed in the practical part. On the basis of the questionnaire responses, I found, that the use of the handbook is beneficia for most seniors and their interest in the information, contained in it, will persist in the future. |
