| Abstract: | Předložená práce se zabývá zhodnocením postupů vedení ve společnosti Hutchinson, s.r.o. a navržením opatření ke zvýšení jejich efektivity. Důraz je kladen na vhodné využití nehmotného kapitálu a stimulaci klíčových zaměstnanců. Potřebné informace jsou získány prostřednictvím rozhovorů s vedoucími pracovníky a dotazníkovým průzkumem mezi klíčovými zaměstnanci firmy. |
| Abstract in different language: | The subject of the submitted thesis is an evaluation of leadership practices in the company Hutchinson, s.r.o. and a suggestion of methods to increase their effectiveness. The suitable use of human capital and the stimulation of key employees are emphasized. The required information is obtained through interviews with the leaders and through an empirical survey of the key employees. |
