| Abstract: | Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice řízení pohledávek ve vybraném výrobním podniku. Cílem práce bylo blíže analyzovat pohledávky z pohledu managementu a finančního řízení včetně vymezení nástrojů a kritérií řízení pohledávek. Diplomová práce obsahuje také rozbor pohledávek z hlediska účetnictví a samotnou analýzu procesu řízení pohledávek v podniku. Na základě provedených analýz byly zjištěny nedostatky nejen v oblasti řízení pohledávek, nýbrž v celkovém řízení čistého pracovního kapitálu. Výstupem práce jsou návrhy, které by měly směřovat ke zlepšení. Veškeré návrhy byly prezentovány v podniku, který posoudí jejich praktické uplatnění. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the issue of claims management in selected manufacturing company. The aim was to further analyze the claim in terms of management and financial management.The thesis contains an analysis of receivables for financial reporting and analysis of receivables management in the enterprise. On the basis of job analysis, deficiencies were found in the receivables management, but also in the overall management of net working capital. Outputs of the work are suggestions that should be directed to the improvement. All proposals have been presented in the company, which will assess their practical application. |
