| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je provést analýzu účetní uzávěrky, závěrky a auditu vybraného podniku a navrhnout doporučení ve sledované oblasti. Práce se skládá z části teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část zahrnuje kapitoly o účetním systému podniku, účetní uzávěrce a účetní závěrce. Část praktická začíná charakteristikou vybraného podniku, jeho SWOT analýzou a popisem účetního systému. Následuje analýza úzávěrkových účetních případů a účetní závěrky. Práce zahrnuje i finanční analýzu. Poslední kapitolou praktické části jsou Závěry a doporučení, kde dojde ke shrnutí důležitých poznatků z celé práce a návrhu možných zlepšení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of the thesis is to analyze the final accounts, financial statements and audits of the chosen company and to propose recommendations in the monitored area. The thesis consists of theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part includes chapters on accounting system, final accounts and financial statements. The practical part begins with a characteristics of the chosen company, its SWOT analysis and description of its accounting system. Next is an analysis of closing accounting transactions and financial statements. The work includes financial analysis. The last chapter of the practical part are Conclusions and recommendations, that summarize important findings from the whole thesis and design improvements. |
