Abstract: | Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou indukčního ohřevu v příčném časově proměnném magnetickém poli. |
Abstract in different language: | Hrbek, Jan. Induction heating of thin sheets in transverse time-variable magnetic field. Pilsen, 2014. Master thesis. University of West Bohemia. Faculty of Electrical Engineering. Department of Electric power engineering and Ecology. Supervisor: Prof. Ing. Ivo Doležel, CSc. This master thesis deals with mapping of induction heating of a thin sheet in transverse time-variable magnetic field. The main objective of the thesis is to find the distribution of magnetic field in the system according to the mathematical model, its influence on heating of the thin sheet in the air gap and experimental verification of selected results. The history and theory of induction heating are described at the beginning of the text. The mathematical models describe the distributions of magnetic and temperature fields on the basis of partial differential equations. The magnetic problem is solved using the electric vector T-potential, the thermal problem is solved using the heat transfer equation with modified boundary conditions. In the next part, two approaches of coupling the problem are discussed and the experimental equipment is designed. This is followed by a description of the applied numerical methods. The results of both numerical computations are compared with measurements on a physical model. |
