| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřená na finanční hospodaření obce Litohlavy. Cílem této práce je analyzovat jednotlivé skutečné příjmy a výdaje obce, vyhodnotit dotazníkové šetření a na základě těchto analýz provést celkové zhodnocení a navrhnout opatření na zlepšení situace. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část a praktickou část, přičemž první dvě kapitoly jsou věnovány teorii, zbylé čtyři kapitoly tvoří část praktickou. V první kapitole je vysvětlena problematika územní samosprávy a jejího členění na obce a kraje, dále jsou zde popsány působnosti, typy a orgány obou územně samosprávných celků. Následující kapitola je věnována finančnímu hospodaření obce, konkrétně rozpočtu. Jsou zde popsány jednotlivé druhy příjmů a výdajů. Třetí kapitola se zabývá krátkou charakteristikou obce. Stěžejní část této práce představuje kapitola čtvrtá, která je zaměřená na hospodaření obce Litohlavy, jsou zde analyzovány jednotlivé obecní příjmy a výdaje. Pátá kapitola se zabývá vyhodnocením dotazníkového šetření. Poslední kapitola obsahuje zhodnocení finančního hospodaření a návrhy na zlepšení stávající situace. |
| Abstract in different language: | The submitted bachelor's thesis is focused on financial management of the municipality Litohlavy. The main concern of the work is to analyze real income and expenses of the village, to evaluate a questionnaire investigation and based on those to create an overall assessment and provide suggestions for improvement of the situation. The thesis consists of a theoretical part and a field research part, with the first two chapters being dedicated to theory, the rest to the research. The first chapter explains the issues of local administration and its distinction within municipalities, it describes the types and bodies of authority functional within them. Next chapter focuses on economic activities of the village, its budget in particular. Different kinds of income and expenses are described. The third chapter contains a short characterization of the village. The fourth chapter remains the main section of the thesis, as it concern the financial management of Litohlavy, with analysis of individual parts of income and expenses. The fifth chapter presents the review of questionnaire investigation. Finally, the last part of the thesis introduces the finale evaluation of the findings, as well as suggestions for further improvement. |
