| Abstract: | Předložená diplomová práce zpracovává teoretickou rešerši k problematice ekonomiky a financování zdravotnických zařízení. Vymezuje význam základních pojmů z rezortu zdravotnictví - zdraví, zdravotní stav, péče o zdraví, zdravotnictví, zdravotnický systém, zdravotnická zařízení. Zvláštní pozornost práce věnuje nemocnicím. Poskytuje teoretický pohled na náklady, výnosy a vybrané ukazatele finanční analýzy. Teoretické poznatky doplňuje o současné trendy a statistické údaje. Tato práce představuje konkrétní zdravotnické zařízení - Institut klinické a experimentální medicíny v Praze. Na tomto příkladě popisuje strukturu nákladů a výnosů. Finanční zdraví zde hodnotí na základě vybraných ekonomických ukazatelů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis presents a theoretical research of the economics and financing of medical care facilities. It defines fundamental health care concepts: health, medical condition, health care, medical care, health care system, and medical care facilities. The thesis' primary focus are hospitals. It offers a theoretical overview of costs, revenue and select financial indicators. Current trends and statistical data complement the theoretical concepts. The thesis also describes the cost-revenue structure of a concrete healthcare facility, the Institute for Clinical and Experimental Medicine in Prague. The financial health is being evaluated by the selected economic indicators. |
