| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce na téma Plánování a finanční prognózy v podniku je vytvořit návrh finančního plánu pro následující tři roky a zhodnotit efektivitu plánování v konkrétní společnosti. Pro tuto práci jsem si zvolila společnost Copy General, s.r.o. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny jednotlivé pojmy týkající se procesu plánování a řízení podniku. Dále je vysvětlen pojem strategické plánování, finanční plánování, finanční kontrola, finanční prognózy a finanční analýza. Praktická část je věnovaná stručnému představení společnosti a provedení analýzy prostředí. V rámci analýzy prostředí byla vypracována finanční analýza minulého vývoje společnosti. Na základě této analýzy byla zhotovena kapitola s vymezením cílů společnosti pro následující tři roky a vytvoření návrhu finančního plánu pro období 20152017. Návrhy finančních plánů pak tvoří stěžejní bod praktické části diplomové práce. Celou práci zakončuje kapitola věnující se zhodnocení efektivity plánování, hodnocení naplnění stanovených cílů a navržené náměty ke zlepšení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The significance of the diploma thesis with the topic Planning and financial forecasting in business is to create the suggestion of a financial plan for following three years and to evaluate the effectiveness of planning in a particular company. For this diploma thesis, I have chosen the company Copy General s.r.o. In the theoretical part, there are defined individual terms regarding the process of planning and management of the company. Further, there is explained the term strategic planning, financial planning, financial control, financial prognosis and financial analysis. The practical part is dedicated to a brief introduction of the company and implementation of the analysis of the background. Within the analysis of the background, there was developed the financial analysis of the last development of the company. On the grounds of this analysis, there was made the subsequent chapter with the definition of the targets of the company for following three years and establishment of the proposal of the financial plan for the period 20152017. The proposals of the financial plans create the crucial point of the practical part of the diploma thesis. The whole work is finished with the chapter dealing with the evaluation of planning effectiveness, evaluation of realization of the given targets and suggestion of the subjects for improvement. |
