Abstract in different language: | The subject of this diploma thesis is the transfer of the particular parts of the financial statements from accounting carried out according to the Czech legal standards to the International Accounting Standards/International Financial Reporting Standards IAS / IFRS. The theoretical introduction, which outlined the basic rules of accounting being carried out according to the Czech legal standards and IAS/IFRS, had preceded the transfer itself. In theory the financial statements created according to the Czech legal standards and their parts such as a balance sheet, the profit and loss statement, the cash flow statement, the statement of changes in the equities and annexes, were described. The financial statements carried out according to IAS/IFRS were also reported and there were described individual statements, which the statements are composed from. For practical applying the transfer, the company ZAT a. s. producing the automation systems in different types of industries, was chosen. From the financial statements several representatives of long-therm intangible and tangible assets, current assets and income being the subject of conversion to IAS / IFRS were selected. The practical part is focused on the implementation of the International Accounting Standards itself in the selected areas of the financial statements. Based on differences arisen out of the practical transfer from the Czech legal standards to IAS / IFRS the differences between two accounting systems were defined and their effects on the true and fair view of accounting described. |
