| Abstract: | Cílem práce je objasnit externality, získané informace využít k analýze vybrané kladné externality a zhodnotit podporu státu této kladné externality. Teoretická část práce vysvětluje, jaká jsou selhání trhu, popisuje rozdělení kladných externalit, jejich definice, popis a jak vznikají. Praktická část uvádí, jak kladné extenality podporovat, a představuje odpadové hospodářství jako vybranou kladnou externalitu a popisuje roli státu. Práce na závěr popisuje, jakým způsobem je podpora odpadového hospodářství uskutečňována v České republice. |
| Abstract in different language: | The main aim is to clear up the externalities in the bachelor thesis, retrieved data are used for description of positive externality and valued the state support of the positive externality. Market failure, severance of positive externalities, their definitions and description how externalities arises are parts in the theoretical side of this bachelor thesis. The practical part presents assistance of positive externality and shows waste management system as opted positive extenality and describe the state role. How the waste management system is supported and realized in the Czech Republic is described at the end of this thesis. |
