| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou řízení zásob a jeho analýzou v prostředí podniku Gühring s.r.o. Důvodem zpracování tohoto tématu je důležitost správného hospodaření se zásobami v každém podniku, jelikož v sobě většinou váží velké množství finančních prostředků. Teoretická a praktická část v práci nejsou odděleny, ale postupně se v každé kapitole prolínají. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmů zejména z oblasti zásob a jeho druhů, nákupní činnosti, dále je charakterizována logistika a systémy řízení zásob. V praktické části lze nalézt podrobný popis systému řízení zásob ve společnosti Gühring s.r.o., včetně specifikace nákupní činnosti a používaného informačního systému. Součástí praktické části práce je také analýza a zhodnocení problematických oblastí řízení zásob ve zvoleném podniku. Hlavním výstupem této práce jsou v závěru uvedená navržená opatření pro zlepšení vybraných problémových oblastí, které již byly objeveny a zanalyzovány. |
| Abstract in different language: | Presented bachelor theisis is devoted to the problems of inventory management and its analysis in the company Gühring s.r.o. The main reason for writing about this topic is the importace of performing inventory management properly in all companies because inventory bind large amount of financial resources. There are theoretical and practial part in this thesis which are written concurrently in every chapter not separately. In the theoretical part there are clarifications of the terms mainly from the field of invetory, purchase as well as logistics and invetory control systems. Detailed description of the way of inventory control in the company Gühring s.r.o. can be found in the practical part. There is also specification of the purchasing activities and information system used in this company. The analysis and evaluation of the problem areas in the chosen company are also parts of the practical part. The main contribution of this thesis are suggested measures to improve some of the problem areas. These measures are introduced in the end. |
