| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou průběhu interních auditů ve společnosti Smurfit Kappa Czech s.r.o. Cílem práce je analyzovat současný stav interních auditů a stanovit nápravná opatření. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány obecné informace o interních auditech a jejich úloha. Praktická část popisuje samotnou analýzu interních auditů ve společnosti, dále se zabývá vytvořením nápravných opatření, které mají sloužit ke zlepšení již zavedeného systému interních auditů. Na závěr je uvedeno zhodnocení těchto opatření. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor´s thesis deals with analysis of the process of internal audits at the company Smurfit Kappa Czech s.r.o. Its target is to analyze the present state of internal audits and to define correctional arrangements for them. In the theoretical part there are characterized general information about internal audits and their function. The practical part describes the analysis of internal audits in the company. Further it concerns formation of correctional arrangements, that should serve to improve the already established system of internal audits. At the end there is mentioned evaluation of these arrangements. |
