| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje významu výcviku mobility z pohledu ergoterapie u vysoké léze míšní. V teoretické části je popsaná páteř a mícha, jejich poranění a léčba, dělení míšních lézí, detailněji se věnuje tetraplegii. Další kapitolou je ergoterapie, která zahrnuje pomůcky, hodnotící škály a nácvik mobility po poranění míchy. Praktická část se zabývá významem výcviku mobility u tří pacientů. Pro šetření byly použity rozhovor, pozorování, SCIM test a kazuistiky. Dále je zde zhodnocení jak terapie, tak pokroků, kterých pacienti dosáhli. |
| Abstract in different language: | Bachelor thesis focuses on the importance of training mobility from the perspective of occupational therapy in high spinal injury. The theoretical part describes the spine and spinal cord, injuries and their treatment, distribution of spinal cord injuries, more detail is dedicated to tetraplegia. Another issue is occupational therapy, which includes aid, rating scales and training mobility after spinal cord injury. The practical part is focuses on the importance of mobility in three patients. For research were used interview, observation, SCIM test and case studies. Then there is the evaluation therapies and advances which patients reached. |
