| Abstract: | Předložená práce "Financování a hospodaření konkrétní obce" se zabývá rozborem hospodaření a financování obce Osek. Cílem je zhodnotit příjmy a výdaje rozpočtu konkrétní malé obce Osek a na základě zjištěných skutečností navrhnout doporučení ke zlepšení stávajícího stavu. Práce se skládá z části teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je popisována samospráva, územní samospráva, obce jako základní územní samosprávné společenství občanů, jejich financování a hospodaření, které se dále analyzuje v praktické části za období 2007 - 2010. V závěru byla provedena opatření ke zlepšení stávající situace. |
| Abstract in different language: | The submitted Thesis "Financial management of specific municipality" deals with the analysis of managing and financing of the municipality of Osek. The aim is to assess the budget incomes and expenses of the certain little municipality of Osek and based on this analysis to suggest recommendation to improve the current status. The Thesis consists of a theoretical and practical part. There is the description of the autonomy, local government, municipalities as the basic territorial self-governing community of citizens, their funding and economy in the theoretical section, which is further analysed in the practical part in the period 2007 - 2010. The result shows the provision how to improve the current status. |
