| Abstract: | Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací vizuální kontroly na automatizované výrobní lince. První část práce je zaměřena na seznámení se s původním řešením vizuální kontroly. V následující části je výčet nedostatků systému, díky kterým vznikl poţadavek na optimalizaci vizuální kontroly. V další části jsou shrnuty klíčové vlastnosti, které by měl navrţený systém mít. Hlavní část se zaobírá popisem hardwaru a softwaru navrţeného systému. Poslední část práce se zabývá srovnáním implementovaného řešení s původním řešením. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis deals with optimization of the visual inspection on the automated production line. The first part is focused on familiarization with the original solution of the visual inspection. In the following section is the list of shortcomings of the system, which created the demand to optimize the visual inspection. The next section summarizes the key features that the designed system should have. The main part deals with the hardware and the software of the designed system. The last part of the thesis is focused on the comparison of the implemented solution and the original solution. |
