| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na návrh a implementaci systému řízení rizik pro nejmenovanou logistickou firmu XYZ. Hlavní cíl práce se skládá ze tří cílů dílčích: Identifikace a analýza rizikových faktorů, vytvoření katalogu rizik a návrhu na implementaci systému řízení rizik. V první kapitole této práce autor představuje firmu XYZ. Druhá a třetí kapitola obsahuje teoretickou část, která obsahuje poznatky z odborné literatury zabývající se problematikou managementu rizik a uvádí některé z nástrojů, kterých lze využít při analýze rizik. Čtvrtá a pátá kapitola je věnována části praktické, kde je představen vypracovaný katalog rizik a navrhovaný systémem pro řízení rizik. V šesté a poslední kapitole se autor práce vyjadřuje k výhodám spojeným se zavedením systému řízení rizik do firmy XYZ. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis focuses on design and implementation of the risk management system in the anonymous logistic organization XYZ. The main goal is formed by three partial objectives: Risk identification and risk analysis, creation of risk register and suggestion of risk management system implementation. The introduction of the company XYZ is in the first chapter. Second and third chapters contain theoretical part, which reviews and summarizes knowledge from specialized publications on risk management and introduces some risk analysis tools. Fourth and fifth chapters are dedicated to the practical part of the thesis, introducing risk register elaboration and risk management system suggestion. In the sixth chapter is summarized the advantage of implementation of the risk management system in the organization XYZ. |
