| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na controlling zásob v podniku. Nejprve je v teoretické části vysvětlen pojem controlling a jeho vývoj. Dále jsou představeny controllingové funkce a činnosti. Druhá kapitola obsahuje význam řízení zásob v podniku. V praktické části je stručně charakterizována společnost Wikov Gear s.r.o. Následuje představení informačního systému společnosti. Čtvrtá kapitola obsahuje současnou situaci controllingových aktivit v oblasti zásob v podniku. Na základě provedené analýzy je pak v závěru uvedeno vyhodnocení stavu řízení zásob a vyvozena jsou možná zlepšení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis focused on the controlling of the stock in a company. The first chapter explains the term controlling and its development. Afterwards the controlling functions and activities are explained. The second chapter describes inventory management in the company. The characteristic of the company Wikov Gear s.r.o. is in the practical part of the thesis. Introduction of the information system follows. Present controllinactivities are specified in the fourth capture. The conclusion is devoted to the evaluation of the implementing controlling activities, including the establishment of the suggestions for possible improvements. |
