| Abstract: | Předložená práce se soustřeďuje na situaci na trzích práce ve vybraných zemích Evropy. Cílem práce je zachytit vývoj míry nezaměstnanosti a zaměstnanosti a porovnat tyto ukazatele mezi nečlenskými státy Evropské unie a členskými státy, potažmo porovnat tyto ukazatele se strategií zaměstnanosti Evropské unie v rámci programu Evropa 2020. Práce také zkoumá různá přístupová opatření ve státní politice zaměstnanosti a výdaje na politiku zaměstnanosti v rámci vybraných evropských zemích. V neposlední řadě jsou definovány další faktory, ovlivňující problematiku nezaměstnanosti, zaměstnanosti a situaci na trzích práce v každé zemi, jako takové. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the situation of the labour market in selected European countries. The aim is to capture the development of unemployment and employment rates and compare these indicators beetwen non-European Union member countries and European Union member countries, or more precisely to compare these indicators with the Europe 2020 employment strategy. The thesis also explores various measures for labour market policies and also employment policy expenditures among selected European countries. Last but not least other factors are defined, which affect the problems of unemployment, employment and labour market situation in each country respectively. |
