| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je vliv okolí podniku na konkrétní podnik. Předložená práce byla zpracována na podnik České lupkové závody, a.s., který se zabývá především těžbou a zpracováním lupku a kaolínu. Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. První část této práce obsahuje teoretické poznatky o okolí podniku. Druhá část je věnována teoretickému výkladu finanční analýzy podniku. V následující třetí části jsou rozebrány vybrané analýzy okolí, jedná se o PESTLE analýzu, Porterovu analýzu pěti sil a SWOT analýzu. Ve Čtvrté části se nachází charakteristika zvoleného podniku, ve které je zahrnuta finanční analýza vybraného podniku. V páté části jsou analyzovány vlivy mikrookolí a makrookolí vybraného podniku pomocí PESTLE analýzy a Porterovy analýzy pěti sil. Šestá část obsahuje vyhodnocení vlivů okolí vybraného podniku, které jsou shrnuty ve SWOT analýze. Poslední část této práce je věnována návrhům a opatřením ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti vybraného podniku, které vyplývají z provedené SWOT analýzy. |
| Abstract in different language: | The theme of the Bachelor thesis is the influence of surroundings on a specific company. The submitted work was elaborated the enterprise named České lupkové závody, a.s., which primarily deals with mining and processing shale and kaolin. The Bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The first part of the work contains theoretical knowledge about a company environment. The second part is devoted to the theoretical explanation of the financial analysis of the company. The third part deals with a few selected analysis of the environment, namely PESTLE analyses, Porter´s five forces analysis and SWOT analysis. The fourth part describes the characteristic of the company which includes the selected company´s financial analysis. The fifth part analyses the influence of the micro and macro environment on the chosen company with the help of PESTLE and Porter´s five forces analysis. The sixth part contains the result of the influence of the environment on the chosen company which is summarized with the help of SWOT analysis. The last part of this work describes measures to improve the competitive ability of the chosen company. The measures follow from the conclusions of the SWOT analysis. |
