| Abstract: | Předložená práce analyzuje stávající logistiku firmy PROFORM CNC Nástrojárna, spol. s r. o. K realizaci bakalářské práce bylo využito odborné literatury, interních zdrojů podniku a osobních konzultací se zaměstnanci firmy. Počátek práce je věnován teoretickému úvodu do logistiky, vymezení základních pojmů, definic a logistických činností. Následující část práce popisuje základní údaje o podniku Proform a o jeho téměř výhradním odběrateli společnosti Gerresheimer Werkzeugbau Wackerdorf GmbH, která je zároveň dodavatelem firmy. Další oddíl práce se věnuje popisu a hodnocení dodavatelů Proformu, analýze toků materiálu a informací v logistickém řetězci firmy, zásobám, jejich skladování, dále logistice ve výrobě, přepravě a pohybu dokladů během dodávek materiálu či výrobků. Nedílnou součástí práce jsou i návrhy pro zlepšení plánování a řízení logistických činností Proformu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The presented thesis analyzes existing logistics of the company PROFORM CNC Nástrojárna, spol. s r. o. The work was realised by the professional literature, internal resources and personal consultations with employees of the company. The first part contains a theory of logistics, basic concepts, definitions and logistics activities. The following section describes details about the company Proform and its almost exclusive customer the company Gerresheimer Werkzeugbau Wackerdorf GmbH, which is also a supplier of the company Proform. Another part deals with a description and evaluation of suppliers of Proform, analysis of material and information flows in the logistics chain of the company, then inventory and its storage, logistics in the production, transportation and the circulation of documents during a material or products supply. Integral parts of the work are proposals how to improve the planning and management of logistics operations in the company Proform. |
