| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou nákupní, prodejní a kooperační činnosti ve firmě Loma Systems s. r. o. divize INSTRON CZ, která se zabývá všeobecnou strojírenskou výrobou. Hlavním cílem práce je na základě zjištěných poznatků navrhnout případná zlepšení týkající se těchto oblastí. K realizaci práce bylo čerpáno z pramenů odborné literatury a osobních konzultací s pracovníky divize. Teoretická a praktická část nejsou v textu nijak odděleny, prolínají se v celé práci. První část práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku divize INSTRON CZ, její historii, výrobní sortiment a organizační uspořádání. V následujících kapitolách je definován nákupní, prodejní a kooperační proces divize. Pátá kapitola se zabývá návrhem nového informačního systému, který by zefektivnil fungování jednotlivých procesů. |
| Abstract in different language: | Presented bachelor thesis analyzes buying, selling and cooperating processes in the company Loma Systems s. r. o. division INSTRON CZ, which deals with general engineering. The main object of this thesis is based on the findings propose any improvements in these areas. The work was realised by the professional literature and personal consultations with employees of the company. There are theoretical and practical parts in this thesis, which are written concurrently in every chapter not separately. The first part focus on characteristic of division, its history, production range and organizational structure. Following chapters are focused on buying, selling and cooperating processes. The last chapter deals with proposal for a new information system, which would streamline the functioning of the individual processes. |
