| Abstract: | Cílem práce je provedení finanční analýzy hospodaření města Mirošov. Teoretická část práce se zabývá územně samosprávnými celky. V první kapitole jsou tyto celky charakterizovány a následující kapitola detailně rozebírá rozpočet, příjmy a výdaje. Na část teoretickou navazuje část praktická, která začíná představením města Mirošov. Po představení následuje již samotná finanční analýza města zaměřená na příjmovou a výdajovou část rozpočtu a způsob financování v letech 2010 až 2014. Dále jsou zde rozebrány ukazatele likvidity a zadluženosti. Poslední kapitola praktické části poskytuje doporučení a optimalizační návrhy pro město. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of the thesis is to perform financial analysis of economic activities of the town of Mirošov. The theoretical part of the paper deals with territorially autonomous units. The first chapter characterizes these units and the following chapter discusses the budget, income and expenses in more detail. The practical part, which follows the theoretical one, begins with the introduction of the town of Mirošov. The introduction is then followed by the financial analysis of the town focused on the income and expense part of the budget and the way of funding between the years 2010 and 2014. The indicators of liquidity and debt are also discussed. The last chapter of the practical part provides recommendations and optimization suggestions for the town. |
