Tyto biosignály budou získávány pomocí Arduina s měřícím senzorem E-Health platform a dále zasílány pomocí sériového portu do PC k dalšímu zpracování. |
Abstract in different language: | Stress can be very dangerous for us, therefore it would be appropriate to somehow draw attention to dangerous situations. Is it, however, possible to automatically detect stress? This bachelor thesis deals with the detection of stress based on the analysis of biomedical signals, which might help us to solve the problem of automatic stress detection. Specifically, the design and implementation of an experimental Java application to classify situations (into rest and close to stress situations) using biosignals GSR and HR (calculated from ECG). These biosignals will be obtained using the Arduino with a measuring sensor E-Health platform and then sent through the serial port to a PC for further processing. The classifier used will be a Three-layer Perceptron neural network, which will be trained specially for each tested subject. This experiment will focus primarily on the situations associated with the computer (such as counting examples, slideshow, playing mini-games etc.). |
