Abstract:	Tato práce se zabývá konceptem slabé státnosti dle teorie R. Rotberga. Cílem je aplikace jeho klasifikace se zaměřením na socio-ekonomické faktory oslabování státu na případovou studii státu Eritrea a analýza rozvojových strategií OSN v souladu s teorií udržitelného rozvoje v Eritreji.
Abstract in different language:	The diploma thesis deals with the concept of weak statehood according to theory of R. Rotberg. The goal of it is to apply his classification to the case study of the state of Eritrea with a focus on social and economic indicators of the state failure. Moreover to analyze the development strategy by the relevant UN agencies in order to reach sustainable development in Eritrea.
