| Abstract: | Práce je představením fenoménu soudobých mezinárodních vztahů - nového regionalismu. Tento koncept je v práci aplikován na regionální integrace EU a MERCOSUR, a následně také na jejich vzájemný vztah, což je příkladem interregionalismu. Práce je rozčleněna na teoretickou část, a následně praktickou, kde se zabývám vývojem obou uskupení, na kterých je poukázáno na kontrast mezi tzv. starým, a naopak novým regionalismem. V poslední části práce je zkoumána vyjednávaná Asociační dohoda mezi oběma uskupeními. Cílem práce je představení teorie nového regionalismu a její zkoumání na vybraném případu, při zaměření se na motivy obou aktérů a naopak problematické faktory vyjednávání. |
| Abstract in different language: | This paper is an introduction of a phenomenon of contemporary international relations - New regionalism. This concept is in the paper applied onto regional integrations of EU and MERCOSUR, and subsequently also their mutual relationship, that is an example of interregionalism. Paper is devided onto theoretical part, and then a practical one, where I focus on the development of both groupings, which indicates the contrast between so-called Old, and on the contrary New regionalism. In the last part i examine the negotiated Association agreement of these groupings. The goal of this paper is to introduce a theory of New regionalism and its examination on the chosen case with the focus on the motives of both actors and also the problematic factors of the negatiations. |
