| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení lokálních stabilizátorů kyčle po aplikaci totální endoprotézy. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsána kineziologie a stabilizátory kyčelního kloubu, vyšetření kyčelního kloubu, cvičební metody, totální endoprotéza kyčelního kloubu a také rehabilitace po aplikaci totální endoprotézy. Praktická část se zabývá stanovenými cíli práce, hypotézami, charakteristikou sledovaného souboru, použitými metodikami, kazuistickými šetřeními a jejich výsledky, diskuzí a závěrem. Z výsledků kazuistik bylo zjištěno, že pacienti mají po implantaci totální endoprotézy projevy nestability kloubu. Dále pak, že se pacientům po třítýdenní rehabilitační péči zlepší stabilita operovaného kyčelního kloubu. |
| Abstract in different language: | Following bachelor thesis is focused on analysis of target hip stabilizers after the application of total endoprosthesis. Thesis is separated into theoretical and practical parts. Theoretical part is dedicated to kinesiology and hip stabilizers, hip examinations, exercise methods, full endoprosthesis of hip stabilizers and last but not least, rehabilitation after the hypothesis, characteristics of the researched subject file, methods used, casuistic examinations and its results, discussion and a conclusion. It has been drawn from the result of the casuistic examination, that patients tend to experience instability of the hip joint immediately after the application of total endoprosthesis. Furthermore, after the three week rehabilitation care period, stability of the joint improves. |
