| Abstract: | Tématem této práce je onemocnění Charco-Marie-Tooth a jeho rehabilitace. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, přičemž v teoretické části je popsané samotné onemocnění, jeho formy, klinický obraz, diagnostické metody a léčebné postupy. Praktická část zahrnuje 4 kazuistiky vybraných pacientek s přepisem rozhovoru na témata týkající se kvality nabízené rehabilitační péče. Následně se zde zabývám výsledky, které potvrdily, nebo vyvrátily mé hypotézy. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of this bachelor´s thesis is Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease and its treatment. The paper is divided in two parts: Theoretical part describes the disease itself, its forms, clinical picture, diagnostic methods, and medical process. Practical part consists of 4 case reports (of chosen patients) with interview transcriptions on topics concerning quality of rehabilitative care, followed by confirmation or refutation of my hypothesis. |
