| Abstract: | Tato práce pojednává o syndromu bolestivého ramene a jeho možné ovlivnění pomocí Redcord S-E-T. V teoretické části, jsem se zaměřil na pletenec ramenní, jeho kineziologii, možná postižení a způsob vyšetření. V praktické části, jsem se věnoval závěsným rehabilitačním systémům. Vypracoval jsem jednu podrobnou kazuistiku ke, které jsem přidal fotky, mapující některé cviky užívané v Redcord S-E-T. Pomocí dotazníku zjistím, jestli jsou mé hypotézy správné či nikoliv. Do přílohy jsem vložil: anatomii svalového aparátu pletence ramenního. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with the syndrome of a painful shoulder and its possible interference via Redcord S-E-T. In the theoretical part I have focused on the shoulder girdle, its kinesiology, opossible disabilities and the examination of the shoulder joint In the practical part I have paid attention to the suspension rehabilation systems. I have made two case interpretations, the more detailed one is supported by the photos describing some of the exercises used in Redcord S-E-T. Thanks to the questionnaire I am going to find out if my hypotheses are correct or not. I have enclosed the anatomy of the muscular apparatus of the shoulder girdle in the attachement. |
