| Abstract: | Teoretická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na kineziologii a typy poruch v oblasti pánve a páteře. Dále je zdůrazněn význam stabilizace páteře za pomoci hlubokého stabilizačního systému, popsána problematika vertebrogenních poruch a v závěru jsou uvedeny terapeutické metody k léčbě a následné prevenci recidiv. V praktické části jsem se zaměřil na sledování čtyř klientů, kteří trpí vertebrogenními potížemi. Pomocí kineziologického vyšetření a testováním funkce svalů jsem zjistil vadné držení těla, insuficienci hlubokého stabilizačního systému páteře a poruchu svalové souhry. |
| Abstract in different language: | The theoretical part of this Bachelor´s thesis is focused on the types of disorders and kinesiology in the pelvis and spine. It also emphasize the importance of stabilization of the spine through the deep stabilization system, describing issues of vertebral disorders and conclusions are given therapeutic methods to treat and prevent subsequent recurrences. In the practical part is focused on monitoring the four clients who suffer from low back problems. With kinesiology examination and testing of muscle function, I found bad posture, insufficiency of the deep stabilization system of the spine and muscle disorder interplay |
