| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se dělí na dvě části ? teoretickou a praktickou, přičemž v teoretické části jsou shrnuty poznatky o problematice chronické obstrukční plicní nemoci, o jejím výskytu, patofyziologii, prevenci a léčbě, mortalitě atp. Také je v práci zmíněna anatomie a fyziologie plic a vyšetřovací metody, které se dají využít k diagnostice a zjištění průběhu nemoci. V praktické části práce pojednává o vlivu vytrvalostního tréninku při léčbě chronické obstrukční plicní nemoci, který vznikl na základě vyšetření pacientů, odebrání jejich anamnézy a následného pozorování změn, vzniklých aplikací plánu vytrvalostního tréninku. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical, with the theoretical part summarising findings on the problematics of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, its incidence, pathophysiology, prevention, treatment and mortality. The thesis also mentions anatomy and physiology of the lungs and investigates methods that can be used for diagnostics and detection of the course of the disease. The practical part deals with the effect of endurance training in treatment of the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, which was based on the examination of the patients, collection of their medical history and subsequent observation of changes resulting from the application of the endurance training plan. |
