| Abstract: | Kniha se jmenuje Pařížská Modř a je tvořena necelou stovkou surreálných příběhů. Příběhy jsou přepisem mých vlastních snů a jsou doplněny ilustracemi. Ty jsou tvořeny ze tří vrstev. První vrstvou je černobílý tisk, druhou vrstvou je linka pera a třetí vrstva je barevná část ilustrace. Tisky s linkou a barevné skvrny jsem kombinovala v programu Photoshop. Druhou částí knihy je komiks, ve kterém vypravuji zážitek z noci teroristických útoků v Paříži Kniha je inspirována Surrealismem, Art Brut, Explosionalismem a technikou décal. Pro komiks jsem zvolila lineární kresbu, někde doplněnou skicou či barvou. |
| Abstract in different language: | I chose the title "Parisian Blue" which relates to the inner division of the book's chapters. I divided it into 23 short chapters named after colours of minerals, woods and materials. For this project, I used a three layer technique similar to decalcomania. I made a black print as the first layer; the second layer was an ink path as a way to concretize my associations to anthropomorphic shapes seen in the prints. The third and last layer is made out of ink spots, mixed on a glass surface and printed onto a sheet of paper. . The book also contains a comics part, in which I talk about the night of Paris terrorist attacks in November, 2015. For this part I used a linear ink drawing and mixed it with the original sketches for their better expressivity. The main purpose of my work is to let others to see what's inside my soul and to let them get lost in my world of dreams. |
