| Abstract: | Předmětem bakalářské práce je design židle a stolku do jednoho z dochovaných interiérů Adolfa Loose v Plzni. Nábytek nemá být pouze v souladu s danými prostory, ale i teoriemi a principy architekta. Z toho vyplývá nutná souvislost mezi písemnou a praktickou částí celého díla. Zatímco výsledek praktického oddílu tvoří finální prototypy, teoretická část práce se pokouší zodpovědět otázku, čím je odkaz Adolfa Loose důležitý pro současný design. |
| Abstract in different language: | The subject of my bachelor thesis is to design a chair and a table to the one of the remaining interiors of Adolf Loos in Pilsen. The furniture should not only suit to these spaces but also regard the architect's principles and theories. This implies necessary cooperation between the practical and the written part of the work. Whereas the practical part results with final prototypes, the theoretical paper deals with the question of why is Adolf Loos important for contemporary design. |
