| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce na téma Právní a ekonomické aspekty založení, vzniku a fungování společnosti s ručením omezeným v podmínkách ČR je zaměřena na zpracování dotačního financování podnikatelského subjektu a změnu jeho právní formy podnikání na společnost s ručením omezeným. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení charakteristik společnosti s ručením omezeným a hlavních dotačních pobídek zvoleného subjektu. Mezi hlavní cíle je zařazeno zpracování dotačního titulu Zahájení činnosti mladých zemědělců. Zde byla provedena kvantifikace investičních variant dle uplatnitelných výdajů stanovených podmínkami dotace. Dále se věnuje zpracování založení a vzniku společnosti s ručením omezeným a z toho plynoucích finančních aspektů. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis about legal and economic aspects of the formation, incorporation and functioning of a limited liability company under the conditions of the Czech Republic is focused on the elaboration of the grant funding of the business entity and on its legal form transformation into the limited liability company. Theoretical part is focused on the definition of characteristics of the limited liability company and on the main grants of the chosen entity. Among the main goals, there is placed an elaboration of the grant title Business start up aid for young farmers. There was made a quantification of the investment options according to the enforceable expenses determined by the grant conditions. Then, there is devoted a part to the elaboration of the formation and incorporation of the limited liability company and its ensuing financial aspects. |
