| Abstract: | Předložená práce je zaměřena na interní audit. V teoretické části je zpracována obecná charakteristika auditu a interního auditu. Zde jsou také zpracovány standardy a pracovní postupy interního auditu. Praktická část začíná představením vybrané společnosti. Následuje analýza vybraných podnikových procesů a jsou navržena doporučení ke zlepšení současné situace. V závěru je navrženo optimální řešení interního auditu ve společnosti a porovnáno se současným řešením. |
| Abstract in different language: | The presented diploma thesis is focused on internal audit. In the teoretical part is process general characteristics of audit and internal audit. In this part are also process standards and work procedures of internal audit. The practical part begins with basic information about a choosen company. Followed by anylysis of choosen company process and improvements are proposed to improve current situation. In the end is the optimal solution to the organization's internal audit suggested and compare to the current one. |
