| Abstract: | Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na vztah mezi vzděláním a trhem práce na úrovni Organizace pro hospodářskou spolupráci a rozvoj (OECD). Práce nejprve definuje lidský kapitál, investice do jeho rozvoje a způsoby jeho měření. Druhá část práce analyzuje vybrané indikátory týkající se lidského kapitálu, vzdělání a trhu práce, které každoročně zveřejňuje OECD v publikaci Education at a Glance. Další část se věnuje vztahu mezi vzděláním a trhem práce jak obecně na úrovni OECD, kde jsou zmíněny požadované a nabízené dovednosti na trhu práce a hodnocení vzdělávacích institucí, tak konkrétně na úrovni vybraných zemí podle podobných hodnot indexu lidského kapitálu, kde je tento vztah popsán na základě hlavních ukazatelů lidského kapitálu. V závěru práce je celá problematika shrnuta. |
| Abstract in different language: | Presented diploma thesis is focused on the relationship between education and the labor market at the level of Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). In the first part there are defined human capital, investment in human capital development and its measurement methods. The second part analyzes selected indicators of human capital, education and the labor market, which are published annually by OECD in the publication Education at a Glance. The next part deals with the relationship between education and the labor market on the general level of the OECD where the requested and offer skills in the labor market and evaluation of the educational institutions are mentioned, and in particular level of selected countries by similar human capital index where this relationship is described on the basis of key indicators of human capital. The conclusion summarizes the whole issue. |
