| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku křečových stavů v přednemocniční neodkladné péči a na laickou první pomoc při těchto stavech. V teoretické části se věnujeme stručné anatomii a fyziologii centrální nervové soustavy. Dále se zde zabýváme kapitolou křečových stavů, která je zaměřena na epilepsii, febrilní křeče a eklampsii. U uvedených křečových stavů se věnujeme jejich charakteristice, patofyziologickému základu, etiologii, klinickému obrazu, komplikacím, diagnostice a léčbě. U jednotlivých onemocnění jsou také uvedena specifika přednemocniční léčby a laická první pomoc. Praktická část se věnuje vyhodnocení teoretických znalostí, postupu při poskytování první pomoci a zjištění zájmu laické veřejnosti o další vzdělávání v problematice křečových stavů. |
| Abstract in different language: | Bachelor thesis is focused on seizures in prehospital emergency care and general first aid for these situations. In the teoretical part we focused on the anatomy and psysiology of the central nervous system. We are dealing here with the chapter of seizures, which focuses on epilepsy, febrile seizures and eclampsia. At these seizures we deal with their characteristics, pathophysiological basis, etiology, clinical picture, complications, diagnosis and treatment. For each disease are also indicated the specifics of prehospital treatment and first aid. Practical part is dedicated to the assessment of the theoretical knowledge, the procedure for the provision of first aid and determine the interest of the general public about the continuing education in the field of seizures. |
